When A. was gone in Puerto Rico,
I noticed that on the back of our son's bedroom door,
there were the two signs I had made for him plus one I had never seen before.
I couldn't wait to tell A.
After A. got back from Puerto Rico,
I told him about the sign our son had made and how touching I thought it was.
And he asked,
"Would it still be just as touching if you knew I wrote it?"

Pah! My boys would have quickly defaced the first two signs..."eat" for instance could become "hate" with but a few squiggles of cursive sharpie.
ReplyDeleteA's attempt at forgery is pretty blatant. No future in dodgy passport production.

Agreed Tacitus2,
DeleteHad I learned long ago to not be so naive, I would have immediately recognized the forgery. It's those darned rose-colored glasses!

If you are talking about your side, include odd, quirky, eccentric, and crazed.

This is just small affirmation of the fact that we still miss all the hilarity (written about or not) you guys brought to the neighborhood!
